A deposit equal to 30% of the reservation’s total amount is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be refunded to the customer if the reservation is canceled during a period when free cancellation is available. The card will be used to charge or pre-authorize cancellation fees as indicated below.

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
• Cancellation is free until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Penalty equal to 30% of the reservation’s total amount for cancellations from 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation amount.

The penalty amounts will only be charged if the reservation is actually canceled in the manner stated above. In the event that the charge or pre-authorization of a penalty fee is unsuccessful, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Dogs and pets are allowed only upon request and at a cost of 15.00 Euro per day (without food)

Out of respect for other guests and for hygiene issues , we ask you to abide by the following rules:

• Bring kennel or blanket, food and muzzle
• animals must remain on a leash inside the hotel at all times
• any use of bed and bath linen for the animal is prohibited: any changes of linen will be charged
• It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
• the animal’s behavior should be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests
• animals are not allowed access to the restaurant room, wellness area and indoor swimming pool;
• we reserve the right to charge the account for any cleaning/repair/replacement of items stained or damaged by the ‘animal.
